I can't remember when I signed up for gmail or what my password is

I got an gmail address when I bought my Android phone a couple of years
ago and must have set a password but haven't used it and now don't
remember exactly when I got it or when I ever used it.
I did not send emails from the phone and never sent any from google so now
I have a new phone and would like to use it but can't because I can't
answer any of the questions because its been too long and I've forgotten (
So what do I do now? Perhaps you can let me know there what I should do.
